Philosopher and writer. His work has been translated and commented all over the world. With the project Homo sacer he has marked a turning point in the contemporary political thought. He has taught in Italian and foreign universities. In 2012 he received the honorary degree in Theology from the University of Freiburg. Nonino Prize to ‘a Master of our Time 2018’.
